The 5 volumes are the complete series. There's no 6th one as far as the English edition's concerned - i.e. they packed the entire story into 5 volumes instead of 6.

When did you send your order? It was Christmas/New Years break so maybe its been delayed? Also, Elisa doesn't always reply, just send you paypal invoices which has in the past been lost (just what I've seen from comments here).

I sent my order in on the 30th of December and got my Paypal invoice yesterday (5th of January) if that helps you, ladyxzeus. ^^ So~ I'm sure there's no need to worry. <3

Yep, it's true... on both my orders I just got the invoice about 2 days after I sent the order... and the email I was using wasn't the one my paypal was registered under so I had to add it there 'cause otherwise the invoice doesn't show up in the account.

The first time I sent them mail, I waited about a week. After looking through the topic, I sent another one that was answered so just wait a bit and send it again if you get nothing from them =D

Sometimes one needs to check the e-mail junk mail filter. I had to change my e-mail settings because I wouldn't receive e-mails even from Amazon.com because it was considered junk mail.

It looks like Elisa is a one-woman show who processes the orders and ships the items as well.

I check it every day because of that stuff, there are tons of important things that get thrown there for no apparent reason.

I just received I Shall never Return volumes 1-5 from Deux, the total with shipping was about 23 USD...! If I lived in America, it would have been even less! It's insane!

I was very pleased with their prompt replies. Every question I asked got a response back in less than five hours. As soon as my e-check cleared (which took twelve days... *grumbles*), within a day I received a message saying that my manga had been shipped and I was given a tracking number. They even were willing to ship to a different address than my PayPal address states.

From the time of shipping, it took 7 days to reach me.

I am going to order Future Loves and something else (either Est Em releases or Mister Mermaid... I can't decided) very soon. I would have got them along with I Shall Never Return, but I think it worked out to be cheaper if I shipped 5 or less at a time, since anything over five volumes is an extra 15 dollars shipping.

I really hope they get back on track are able to release more of those fabulous titles they have licensed.
