Can't Find thread in the Fiction Section

I posted this thread in the Fiction section under the sub forum 'Fiction Link and Recommendations' but when I go to the forum I can't find the thread anywhere. It might be a bug cos I couldn't find any threads in the forum which were posted after the 14 Feb (or I'm looking wrong >.<)

I found it with no problem using
(1) the search function with your user-name
(2) I filtered with the letter "L" in the sub-section where the thread had been posted
(3) Filtering with the display options in the sub-section where the thread had been posted

Do you mean that none of your thread appear under "My Stuff>>My Entries" ??

EDIT: I forgot to ask: are you using the forum Search or the Fiction Section Search? They work separately I think... i.e. to search for a fiction or fiction related, need to use the Fiction Search, directly when in the Fiction Section, or you can access it from the Search menu (the second part is "Fiction Search")...

Sorry I meant that if you click on the Fiction section and then click on the 'Fiction Links and Recs' Forum, that's when I can't find it. This would be the way that anyone who was able to answer my question would come across the thread rather than searching specifically for it so it's kinda important that people can spot it when they're just browsing.

It does show up in 'My Entries' and a search of the section.

I hope that's a bit more specific ^^

I dont what the issue was Angerbda, but yeah just looking at the rec forum Moon's post was not there between the date she posted...

Well I posted and bumped the thread its showing up now..that was strange, maybe Dai should take a look at that..

Aww poop I need to see it for myself to debug it. Anyhow, if anyone have this problem, please post it here so I can take a look at it. Don't reply to the thread so I can duplicate the problem.

This thread is showing on the main page of the Fiction section as the last one posted in the 'Fiction Links and Recs' forum but doesn't show up in the forum when you click on it ^^

Wow it shows as posted on 3-1-09 but its not on the list wierd...

Well, seems like it's because of the Sorting option. It will show up if you use display option: Last Updated, descending. But doesn't in the last reply.. I'm thinking this is because I added the last reply option on march 2nd (http://aarinfantasy.com/forum/f185/t...ml#post2251408) and all these entries aren't showing up properly because they were before it was applied?

And that's right, first thing I did was look at the sub-section and did not see at first glance the post... I then filtered and it appeared...
Now, when I go on the sub-section, I can see it listed in the first posts (by date)...

Got the same thing in Fictions > Fan-Fiction 17.9- > Completed

However, there is a pattern where the thread with no reply are listed after the one with replies... As you specified, for the one posted before the changes... most likely (in this sub-forum, only 2 thread with no reply are on the first page, on their place based of last update...)... the other are at the last pages of the sub-section

Can the "Last update" field can have an impact also on the organization/display of the threads?
