Missing images?

I use a router but I'm not sure if there's a firewall... Don't think there is one. Don't use proxy servers, and I tried loading the forum with my antivirus and firewalls off but it's still the same so maybe that's not the problem?

Try to direct connect to the internet (connect your computer directly into the modem instead of the router and see if that works). The problem lies in your connection since you said that all your browsers doesn't show the images.
There could be a slight chance that another program is blocking your access to the images.

Well I just switched from using the router to connecting directly and it worked. Guess it really was a router problem afterall, though nobody has done anything to it for awhile. Thanks alot Dai-kun!

Yeah.. better check your settings on your router since it's the cause. The router would not block images unless a setting was placed for it to do so.

Maybe someone saw you go here and think you shouldn't so they blocked it? Or are you the only one that have access to the router (but then again why you need one unless you use wireless?)

Well yeah I usually use wireless cause my Mom uses the internet for her p2p downloads and since she's using a PC she can't use wireless so I had to resort to wireless. But nowadays she doesn't download stuff anymore so I thought it'd be easier if I just used the direct connection. Plus it seems to improve my speed too.

The only people who have access to the router are my mom and I and she doesn't care about the sites I go to so I doubt anybody messed around with the settings. Shall go work it out myself.
