What does 'Rate it five stars' mean? (solved)

Hello,

I'm sorry if I'm asking an obvious or dumb question. The situation is following: I would like to request for a specific reupload, and everything about the 'reupload rules' seems fine and clear, except this rule 5.: Once a request has been filled, RATE IT FIVE STARS!
I read the main forum rules, the manga host links rules and so on, but couldn't find a hint. I only want to know how I 'rate it five stars'. I really dun wanna make anything wrong, first time posting and all, so help would be greatly appreciated

You can rate a thread by clicking on the "Rate Thread" link on top right of each thread. Once a thread is rated by at least one user, the thread overview page of a forum will display the rating.

That is why people should rate request threads with five stars once the request is filled. People seeing the thread title and the 5 stars will instantly know that the request has been filled without having to look inside of the thread.
