    These ads being served are by Google and they are very strict about it's advertisers. Most of the ads should be no problem, and if they were problems, Google would handle them very quickly. I saw the ad that you mentioned but unfortunately I cannot click on it since the account belongs to us. If you are unsure of an ad, never click on it. But again, Google is very strict on malicious and evil sites so chances are there won't be anything to worry about.
