Invaled Redirect Issue?

I took the attached print screen on Internet Explorer, but the screen occurs every time I log in on Google Chrome and Firefox. I don't know why it does this, or if I'm the only one who gets the screen, and I'm also not big on posting issues, feedback, or suggestions, so I don't know a better place that I could have posted this, so I'm sorry if it's in the wrong place.

I hope someone can clarify this for me. It's not a big issue, but it's annoying. Lol. And yes, I am logged in even though the log in screens are there.

When did this start happening? Is it still happening now?

It started happening around the same time the multi-page thing became a problem. So around the time that the website was updated. And for me, yeah it's still happening. I honestly don't know if I'm the only one with this issue, and it isn't really a big one... but it is kind of a hassle.
