Uploads in gallery

when I try to upload pictires(4) in Gallery, message appears on top:
Warning: move_uploaded_file([path]/gallery/uploads/244451/12045064_p2.jpg) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in [path]/gallery/image-inc.php on line 56

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/phprRDzk2' to '[path]/gallery/uploads/244451/12045064_p2.jpg' in [path]/gallery/image-inc.php on line 56

And in "Aarinfantasy Gallery Message" - Unable to move file [/tmp/phprRDzk2] -> [/home/aarin504/public_html/forum/gallery/uploads/244451/12045064_p2.jpg]

And btw now I need to login almost every time when I open site. I use Opera 10.00 on WindowsXP

The site has changed so much...I'm so confused.

I don't know if this is the right forum to post this in, but could someone tell me what happened to the galleries/pictures and my favourites?

Sorry, but I'm just really confused as to where everything is now. I looked through the site, and I can't find anything..

During the past week, Dai-kun has been upgrading the forum and it now came back this morning. It's still not fully functional so it would be missing some things you're familiar with.
