Negative current account due to forum donation bug Post 4 to 6

Today I made a donation for 17,980,000 points from my checking account. For some reason it duplicated the withdrawal. Showing now a negative amount in my checking account. I think usually it would say I didn't have enough points instead of sending and leaving a negative balance.

Checking: -17,972,069 Points | Savings: 54,378,799 Points

Thank you. The person I donated to received 2 point notifications and both were credited to her account. She is the returning points in a few days. So the balance in my account may change from the negative.

It's okay since there is the bank transaction log that we can check.

Hi, I have sent the 17,980,000 amount back from that person to your account, it's not negative anymore after that transaction.

Solution: In future if this happens to anyone, have the recipient to send you back the points if it's duplicated.

Nope, it is not possible to disable the notification from the User's setting.

The Admin cannot find the feature to include for members to disable this notification.

hi.. uh... the same as above happened to me, while i was transferring from points to savings. i tried to get them all into savings... and well you can see what happened.
