Inappropriate post

I have submited an inappropriate post and so I received an warning. I read the Forum Rules and now I know what was the error(and I am so sorry...) but should I do something else?
And I would like to delete that post... Can I?
If I can... How?

Once a warning has been issued by the Admins/Mods, the post will not be deleted until the warning expired or a much later time.

Members are not able to delete their own posts, only the Admins/Mods can.

You don't have to do anything to the post since the warning will expire but please mind the rules next time.
