You can make them yourself using a graphics program like Photoshop, Open Canvas, GIMP or even MS Paint. You can randomly grab an image from the net and use it, but make sure to obey the signature rules, especially the total image pixel size, so you might wanna crop and/or resize it before use. I'm not sure if you'll be penalized for copying someone's sig, but most custom made signature images come with the owner's username so you might wanna rethink before copying.

If you have an image you'd like made into a sig, try the One Stop Shop section where our very own graphics artists have their own shops specially for doing sets, wallpapers and/or banners. Not to mention how most of them are free too.

uhmm... if you mean that you want to have your own sig.. of course you can...
you can make it by yourself if you are able to use photoshop. but if you want to ask someone else here.. you can ask it in a one stop shop thread... just find a shop that offer you to make a set (ava & sig) free..there's pretty much shop here...

1. yup...it can be made!! but er...edit/copied? it depends....if you asked for a fellow member to make a sig for you, once it's done, you can't just edit/copy it...just ask him/her if it's ok to edit it on your own...however, if it's your own work, you can edit/copy all you want!!

2. there are a lot of people who can do that here: One Stop Shop...make sure they're open for requests since some of them are busy/closed
