Weird message at the top of screen?

That can sometimes be some fails of the conection with the database of the forum if you updathe (f5) the window probably the error gonna be fixed.
On the screen it looks like a html error. a simple f5 fix that.

It's a PHP, not an HTML, warning (not error). Whatever the problem is, it's on the server side. My guess would be that the recent server-side upgrades have resulted in the in_array() function having stricter requirements than it used to and the database entries for some stories in the fiction section just don't meet those standards, but that's just a guess--I'd need the script source and access to the raw database to do proper troubleshooting. Dai-kun is going to have to be the one to fix this, but I think it's basically harmless.
