Explicit sigs?

Are there some kind of guidelines as to what is considered 18+? Because it can be pretty vague for me at times. I remember having a sig with a (not so explicit) bum on it that was just covered for 30% and I was told it was on the border of acceptable.

And I would like to make sure the sigs/sets I use are not breaking any rules, but now I don't know how to know this.
