I hope this is the place to ask. Since CPM declared bankruptcy, are Be Beautiful's titles are still going to be on the licensed list since their publications are no longer be in print perhaps temporarily? There are still a couple of fans asking for scanlations of Viewfinder and I am just wonder is it still prohibited to ask for those scanlations?

No US scans allowed.

I was wondering whether the 'No sharing of Licensed Manga' applies to official licensed books (e.g. artbooks) since I see some are shared and credited in the download section (including scans of official western publications). I hope its ok to ask here as I didn't want to make a thread in this section (every thread looks to be mod created )
