I cannot donate because where I live there is no access to PayPal or other money transfer sites. but I have shared the posts of it on twitter and Tumblr and Facebook. That is the least I can do.

This place means so much to me. I have spent more than ten years here which were full of happiness , sadness and bittersweet memories. I have met my dearest OL friends here. It is just too much of a foreign notion to me for AF not to exist.


I really hope this gets sorted out. I really feel awful that I cannot donate to have a part in saving what I have come to call my home, it will be so painful to lose it.

So now I am putting out the details of donors and amount that was donated so far... for monthly and one-time donations. For me, being transparent about this kind of thing is very important.
Emails and usernames are shown as initials only for privacy purposes (because not everyone wants to reveal their usernames), but at least it is something that each donor can check and confirmed that their name is there and amount is correct. Some usernames are still missing, still awaiting confirmation from user, but I think the donor can still identify their email address.

At the end of both type of donation is the TOTAL that I've received till the time of this post.
I don't think I have miss out any names so far but if your details are not here or wrong donation amount stated, please let me know here or message me about it.

So with both total, it is: $940

Where March 2019 is fulfilled for $800, and the access of $140 will be carried forward to April 2019's goal.

We are still in need of monthly donation and for future months, so please keep the donation coming if you can.

I feel the same as many. Even though I'm more on hiatus than not, I still love this place and enjoy coming back. I'll see what I can do when I find the time to look things through.

I'm also happy to hear that things are better now. Still, I hope this forum will continued to be supported and donated to, as I'd hate to see it go. Though I don't frequent the forum as much as I used to, I do still come on from time to time to look around and chat with others. I've met a lot of nice people here. ^^

I truly hope this place doesn't close, for now I can't donate but the month is almost over so hopefully next month when I get my paycheck I'll be able to make a symbolic donation, I also want to participate in keeping this site ongoing, although I keep coming and going this is truly a wonderful place <3

Regardless of how long I end of going away, I always come back here. I understand how expensive this stuff is, so I'll try and help when I have some change (just cut out the candy, right? ) PayPal has burned me on too many occasions to do a recurring at the moment, but I'll pop in now and then. ^.^

Unfortunately, no if it's outside of my country (Malaysia) since Paypal's safest way to do transaction for both sides.
I do know the link can somehow let you use your credit card through PayPal without having really to be a PayPal member? Sign in as guest or something. But I can understand if some of you cannot use PayPal because of certain reasons, so please don't stress yourself about it... I mean, I really know you wanted to help >_< So thank you~
