You need to laymans-terms explain how to transfer points with the system you have, this is literally why I stopped coming here for years. I can't even move points from saving to points to buy the 'cards' you have so why bother. 1,000,000 moved 1 point? SERIOUSLY.

The easiest way to transfer from points to savings vice versa is:
Go to a post you once made, click on either points or savings and this pops up:

And then you see to account ("Change" is if you want to sent the points to another user) and also have the option "points" or "savings" same with "Perform Action" is from which of the 2 option you want to sent the points to.
In the amount you have only need to post numbers, VERY important! Because if you for example want to transfer 1Mio, you need to type 1000000 and not 1,000,000, since the system sees this as 1 point!

And finally you have optimal message, which is more like a note to the receiver to see why you sent those points.

Here you see 2 times 5k without a message and 2 times 30k with a message in it.

PS: The iShop takes only points from the "points" account and not savings!

I found out the hard way...the points box does not take a decimal point...so 1 million is just 1 followed by 6 zeros or 1 000 000 ...minus the spaces....I'm guessing the points to savings and savings to points works the same....
