Sign-in problem

Hello everybody ^^

She even tried the "vocal option", but she couldn't hear anything! It seems that the captcha site disappeared O_o (how can this be even possible???)
So, what to do?! Does anyone of you have an answer for this problem?

Hi Sakuracchin,
has your friend tried to log in via a computer or just via their phone?
I'm unsure how the website works for phones but my first instinct tells me that the site doesn't require any form of captcha to log in. Oo

Hi,please have your friend to try again using either a laptop,desktop or tablet,this site no longer uses Captsha as far as I know...and some phones are not compatible with the site...

I'm guessing she forgot her password. If you can pm me her username, I can make a temp password and she can login and then change it.
