Missing Icons

The icons in the text editor are missing. (See picture below)

Are they missing all the time or only when you try to edit a post? I found sometimes some similar issue when editing or using the back-space key...

Can you tell what you were doing when it happened?

Before, I can see them during the time I'm really active. Then I became inactive here for few months. When I came back, it was like this. At first, I ignored it because I thought maybe it's on the internet problem. After many days, they are still not appearing so I decided to tell to make a thread regarding about this.

In all editors, the icons are not appearing. Even in my profiles' VM text editor, quick replies, advanced editor. In other words, in all places. Only the above icons are not showing while I can clearly see the emoticons.
