Not getting activity points

I've been logging every day but I'm not getting my activity points. =(

No december 16 and nothing after december 17.
Any help is greatly appreciated.


Dai is currently trying to fix this. No more posting about not getting the points as we are well aware of it.

Well, I didn't get any activity points yesterday, even though I logged in before the time when they are normally given out. I'll have to wait and see if I get any tonight when they give them out.

But the missing days are missing.

Checked your transaction and indeed you have those days missing even when you login.

Sorry, Aarin, but it appears that I never got my activity points for new year's day either.

I don't know if this is relevent but I notice that I get my points at 11pm my time everyday. If I am online between 11pm-12am, then I usually get my activity points - no problems. However, it is on those days when I'm not and get online before 11pm the following day instead, that I tend to get the bug and not get any points. It happened to me randomly for a few days in November and also yesterday/today. Maybe it is the different timezones and what equals 24 hours that are causing a problem? What timezone are you in?

Yesterday is the first time I did not receive points.
The only thing specific I can say about this day is that I closed my browser before 11pm and I just restart it this morning at around 11.30 or 12.00 am...

Ah for once I actually have this problem. I was on yesterday and I didn't recieve them. I'll have to try again today when their normally given out. Odd though it was working just fine then due to rl I couldn't get online and for that time period I figured it was cause I wasn't online. But now that I am online and I didn't get my points when I was online yesterday well I'm more than a little curious.

I notice I don't get some Activity points on June 2, June 3, June 6, June 7, June 13, June 15, June 19 and June 20 (midnight today).
I don't need to get points back for those missing points. I wanted to report here that I have problem with Activity points.

Hello Suiran, I checked your account and you have been getting Activity points daily as it should be.
Please check the Bank tab at the top of the forum or go to this link: http://aarinfantasy.com/forum/credits.php
You will see that you clearly have points received under "Action" tab where it says "Activity". So that's the activity points.
You will not get any PM for it, but you can see it from the Bank tab.

It was pointed out to me that this thread can be used to report missing activity points. I don't need to be compensated or anything; I've already taken advantage of the compensation thread aarinfantasy linked to earlier in this thread. I just thought I should report that it happened to me, as recently as yesterday. I know of maybe a handful of times it happened to me since I registered in December 2012 (I'm too lazy to go look up exact days, plus I haven't been active everyday since then).

I have an idea of why it might happen to me; I can't speak for other users. On days when I log in either using two different browsers on my laptop or on days I use both my laptop and my iPad to log in, I might get activity points, but usually I don't. Now, I log in only from one browser on my laptop, and I get my activity points like clockwork. (For the last two days, my laptop's been having issues and I resorted to using my tablet, hence the missed activity points yesterday.)

I just thought I'd throw this out into the ether in case it might be helpful to anyone.

It seems a lot of people have already reported it.... but I was looking for answers because I too haven't received points since the 20th of April and I'm on every single day. (for hours! :lol: )

Not getting points happens to me every so often... for some reason I don't get one day and the next day I do, but that isn't really an issue is it?(I've been on every single day for months)
but in any case, I just wanted to see about now since it's been a few days that I haven't gotten points. Glad to see it wasn't just me.

Five posts up, Twinstar mentioned "NO ONE has been getting activity points since the 20th" and to wait for updates from aarin or Dai-kun. They're aware of it and the fact that everyone is affected.

I'm guessing you can take that to mean it's not necessary to report this issue anymore, guys. It'll get fixed when Dai-kun has the time to work on it.

Hi there, you only need to login to gain points daily... 1000 points per day only (within 24 hours) or after 12am midnight your time zone. There can be some hiccups, so I have created this thread to compensate points that may be lost:

The thread you have linked is locked to anyone who has less then 25 posts and even though I'm a oldish member I'm much more of a lurker than a poster so I don't have that many yet. Now while I wouldn't mind attempting to mingle and discover a group of friends I must say that I'm not pleased that, as it appears, I'm being forced to post to claim points that I've lost because of the glitch. Please don't take this the wrong way it's just never fun to be forced to mingle (that being said I have tried and have even posted in groups however if seems these posts are not counted as my normal posts).

That being said if there have been changes or something about my account needs to be changed before I get these points then I apologize and please let me know so I can adjust accordingly. To be honest I never really checked my bank until today, believing that the interest system was always going or that something similar took its place (it was never much of a concern to me as I figured it was working) so I'm not in too much of a rush but I am very confused as to what to do at this moment in time.

I also haven't received any points for my birthday in July. I'm not sure if this is part of the same system or is being effected separately but I'm just wondering if there's any chance to get those points?

Hi inujuju, the limit is there to prevent some people who create new accounts just to gain points.

So what I can do for forum members like you (more of a lurker who has been around a lot or from a long time but prefer not to post much)... is just to send me a PM... and I can get your account set to be able to claim those points. This has not been tried before, so please PM me if it works?
