Okay looks like you have one of those Laptops with two Graphiccards.

Now that i know that your dedicated Graphicscard (the relevant one) is an NVIDIA Graphicscard it's easy for you to find out which one you have.

Right click on the NVIDIA Icon in your Icon Tray and choose NVIDIA Expierence
When NVIDIA Expirence opens please click on "My Rig" and show us a screenshot of it.

It only let me go to the control panel, and I clicked system information and got this window. the two images are the top and bottom part of the scroll

Also, have you tried installing/playing any other games?

Also also, does your Windows Username have any strange foreign characters in it? Like non-Japanese/Roman characters such as Russian, Islamic, etc?

I have not tried to install anything else I just remembered I have this game called Invictus and another game League of Legends installed
