Issue: Bring back the 'anime categories' in the Anime Section

I think it would be a lot better if the 'anime categories' in the Anime section is brought back. You know, those anime categories at the top of the general threads. This is because the general threads are getting buried by the 'specific anime' threads and 'specifuc-anime' threads too gets buried. Remember when you can click on an anime category, like Ai No Kusabi and there are like 10 threads dedicated to it and only it alone? I wonder why you took out that function. I actually liked that. It looks more organized.
