Issue: Ability to cutomize your title at the Highest member title

Hi staff, mods and admins,

I like the idea that staff can change their title. It think it's a cool feature. What about letting members who have the highest member's title possible, have the ability to change their title?

I have not notice any higher titles than Extreme YAOI guru for members. I believe it's the highest of 1000+ posts.

I believe your title changes for every 100 posts, correct? I hope I'm right about posting relative to title change, correct me if I'm wrong.
