Issue: Thread Description Option Missing

In the old version of the forum a thread creator could write a brief description about their thread that showed up under the the thread title and now that is gone. So instead what we see when we look at a list of threads is "Started by Username, Date Time."

I think having more information about the contents of a thread is much more useful than seeing who and when a thread was created.
