Issue: Random Pictures when Clicking View Conversation

hello..

uhm my friend commented about my background when she clicks the view conversation between me and her....
i am very sure i havent seen that picture in my life...

its not only me but the people i know also experience the same problem...
e.g. pictures of randompeople or anime picture that they havent seen before...

i know this is already reported but to i jsut want to be sure cause this is an 18+ image.. i dont want the mods to report me for it.. <__<
