Issue: Bug report section spam bots (for Dai-kun)

Hi Dai-kun, the Bug Report section is currently the only section in the forum that has spam bots posting weird and nasty stuff. After you setup some security thing (I think) last week, the other sections appear to be spam bots free now. So now only this Bug Report section left. I have banned many bots already, and everyday I am clearing at least 1-5 bots here. Hope they can be blocked away like how the main forum is doing right now. Thanks
