Issue: Site Constantly Freezing Up

I know there are been some site freezing issues since the big update, but they were VERY occasional for me.

The past 3 or 4 days, the site is freezing up on me every 15 minutes or so. No lie. It lasts for 5 to 15 minutes when it happens. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before.

It especially happens A LOT when I hit the "Submit" button in VM's and PM's (it doesn't matter if it's a long or short message, it has happened with both).

So has something new been happening during the past few days here, or anyone else having near constant freeze ups of the site??
