Issue: Live Threads

I just participated in this speed contest and noticed that the live updates to active contest threads aren't working anymore.
Though my guess is they weren't implemented yet.

Live threads allowed us to save on reloading the page every few seconds, as new posts were directly loaded into the page when they got posted. T me they were a pretty essential part of speed contests.

I'd really like to see this feature again, as people with a slow connection have it hard enough without needing to reload the page again and again and because I'm lazy *winks*.
