Issue: [Solved] Thread Problem

At my auction thread the latest reply I could see was posted at 07:48 AM rather than 08:11 AM.

When I went to user's profile to do a latest posts search, it gives me the following error:
connection to localhost:9312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)
This problem has been reported by serafi on another thread already.

But I was wondering if these two problems are connected or not.
