Issue: Fiction Entry Issue

Now I start feeling like a total retard :/

Since the issue with the rating/categorie change has solved itself, I thought it was all right. The entry "I look at you" eventually showed up in the 18+ series section. But now, that I've updated - added another chapter - the update won't display - there's no "exclamation point" or "flame" shown near it... I REALLY don't know what I'm doing wrong, and if I do ...

Is there any chance to help it somehow?
