Issue: Having some prob with vm notifications not going away.

My visitor message notifications has 2vm notification that wont go away.
Everytime a new new vm comes in it adds to the number after I view my profile it ll decrease bt that 2 still wont go away.

I read that some ppl had this problem before bt it was said not to be a bug.
I asked them how to get it fix and followed but still its there.
I viewed page by page of my vm 3 times from the first page to the last and its still there ><.
Any suggestions on how I can fix it? tyvm
