Favorite food to cook

It looks like no one has made a discussion for a while so here I go.........Being the brave new member.

What type of food is your favorite to cook?

After my daughter met a girl who's mom was from Japan I started cooking some dishes from that country. Now my family loves asian food and I love cooking it. Though it can be laborous to prep all the veg, meat, and stock it is worth it in the long run.

I love making Viet/Chinese food! My mom is Viet/Chinese, and I grew up with the cuisine, and now its one of my favorite things to eat or cook! I've also tried making Japanese food, and rolling my own sushi was so fun! Italian food is also great, but i've been really into greek food lately. My family is pretty adventurous food wise, so the sky is the limit! I've also prepared an Indian meal (lamb rogan josh with naan and raita) with my best friend and we had a blast! I love food, both eating and cooking it.
