funny moments

I have a question to all.
My cat is doing the same like nekofreakz. It's really funny watching this movements. I think she dreams when my cat Gina is doing this.
Now my question: My cat snores when she is in a deep sleep. That sounds pretty cute and funny.
Does your cat also snore?

Once Gina snored so loud that I couldn't keep reading my book and had to turn on music, because I couldn't concentrate.

Does your cat also snore?

No cat I've ever had snored; there was light breathing with a subtle whistle, but no loude snores.

Now the mini-stories of Munchkin.

1. My mom's friend's friend had kittens she was giving away, so I went to get a kitten. I wanted a girl because Yuki hadn't been spaded yet and didn't want to chance her getting pregnant, and my mom's friend swore up and down that the kitten I chose was a girl. So I put her in the box and before I even closed the car door she jumped out of the box onto the dashboard, slid down to my ankles and ran to the bushes.

2. Because the kitten liked licking and then biting my fingers and my nose, I named her Fae, short for Faerie. My mom loathed the name so much that she wouldn't stop complaining about it for months, and by this time I started questioning Fae being suited for Fae. I told mom that I thought that Fae was actually a boy, but she and her friend kept swearing that Fae was a girl. Then Fae started biting Yuki's neck, an obvious mating sign (unless she decided to be lesbian?), so I told my mom and that's when she started having doubts, so she took a picture of Fae's 'package' and sent it to her friend (KITTY PORN!). She replied with a 'Oh yeah, he's a boy." So, because Fae had an 'M' on his forehead, I decided to name him Munchkin.

3. Because Munchkin has yet to be neutered (he still doesn't know, but I have an appointment for it in December) he has to sleep in my mom's room, and after the first couple of days, he got used to her sleeping schedule, so before her alarm goes off, he starts licking her nose, and out of the blue bites it, jolting my mom awake at 4:30 in the morning, before she has to hit the snooze button.

4. (Last one for now) Just this morning I was irritated at Munchkin because he wouldn't let me sleep so I kicked him out of my room, so when I got out to find him a couple hours later, I didn't see him on the first sweep, so I decided to back to my room. He was there by my door, but I guess he thought I was still mad at him and bolted, head ramming into my door.

Both my cats snore, actually. Bastet has always snored; Nefrit only started recently, right about when she's drifting off to sleep. It's pretty funny Nefrit also gets the hiccups.

I have another story, and yes, it's about my baby-boy Munchkin (he's the funny one; Yuki's just too regal for any funny moments).

Munchkin hasn't been snipped yet (I do have an appointment already), so in the mean time we just tease him about it. Lately though, he's been aggressive. He bit my mom's finger, and my little brother's nose and forehead! He also got a hold of our dog's loose skin around her neck and wouldn't let go; she [the dog] growled so loud and lunged for him, but neither of them got hurt. Yesterday, I figured out why he's been biting: he got hard. Since this is a place where there's yaoi, I'll be less subtle: he was suffering from a boner.

Unfortunately, one whiff of Yuki, and less than a minute later, he's humping blankets. To keep him away from Yuki, I play with him, but yesterday was the fun. I let him bite me as long as I'm wearing long sleeves, so I curled my thumb around his canines, and then he started yanking me. He dragged me from my room, down the hall, through the living room and into the kitchen where he tried to get me under one of the chairs.

Because he's so obsessed with my room and Yuki, he continually meows outside my room, but when I'm not in my room, he's not allowed in there. So today, Mom and me are watching a movie, and we can hear Munchkin all the way down the hall meowing in front of the door. Mom steps out of the room, looks at him and says, "No, you can't go in there." He answered back, as if he was yelling, "Yes I can!" They proceeded to have a back and forth argument. I swear, it's like he could understand her, and it was really funny.

Yeah, toms bite the back of the necks of queens when they are mating, so Munchkin has probably been trying to mate with your dog, your sweater, that bundle of clothes on the floor ... LOL Good thing you're getting him neutered.

All pets should be neutered ... my local shelter killed 10,000 cats and dogs last year, just because people wouldn't spay and neuter their damn pets. Another shelter a few hours from here stated that they took in 6,000 pets last year and had to kill 5,000 of them. PLEASE SPAY AND NEUTER YOUR PETS!
