Weeeell... you could just place the tracks on a playing list in Winamp or Windows Media Player or whatever, and not bother with combining files at all.
But if you really want/need to, there's plenty of programs available to assist you. But I don't have any experience with any of them, so I sadly can't recommend one in particular. I've heard good things about MediaJoin, though!
