Codec for RAR files

Where are some websites where I could download a RAR type file codec. I'm not really familar with those types of files ](*,)

RAR isn't some type of a file where you need a codec in order to view the file. You need to download winRAR in order to extract the file from the folder itself so you can view it I believe. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. :)

You could also download 7-zip, which is free to use.

.RAR is a compression file format like Zip.

Since rar files are not video files, I'm moving the thread to the proper place.

Thanks for clearing that up. I wasn't so sure. I think I have a better idea now.
