Togainu no Chi True Blood for the PSP console (not emulator)

I already posted a thread with the same problem, but it I thought it had more meaning to post this in the General Tech Savvy Center.

So, to go straight to the problem:

There's a game patched in English here (Togainu no Chi) specially for the PSP console. Unfortunately, there is files missing or link that doesn't work. Does anyone here have a solution or anyways to have this game with an English patch for the PSP console?
