Visual Novel Reader/ how to get best translation question.

So I recently downloaded the game Angel's Feather, which I've been wanting to play for years. I can't speak Japanese, so I downloaded a program called Visual Novel Reader, or VNR for short. The program itself seems to work really smoothly, and that's great.

I just want to know if any of you have ever used that program, and if so, do you have recommendations on how to get the best translated experience possible? I've tried switching though multiple different sites they go through for translation, but I must not be understanding something about the program, because it shows like, six different translations while playing the game. (None of which ever make too much sense)

Basically, if any of you know a good way to get the best possible translation through that program, I would be very grateful! Thank you!
