Help with Kuro no Tsuchi~

Alright, so this may be a common question or there may be a guide to this. I don't know, and I can't find.
I need help with a BL Game in which I just recently finished downloading. So I downloaded an English patch to Kuro no Tsuchi and I think the Japanese patch. I think. Well it says "Winrar file" haha...:aty:
So yes, I need help in everything. Like what is needed to download, steps in utilizing winrar, and the other things needed since all I know is winrar is needed in all of this @ __ @ And extracting or retracting things. So basically, I need the steps for allowing me to play Kuro no Tsuchi! Yes, I am aware that I am seriously noob. :wbl:


P.S, If anyone knows if there's any more English patches for any other BL game(s), please mention it! :wakuwaku:
