No layout
Alright so, is it just me who doesn't see layouts on a few pages e.g. download.com or LiveJournal .. other pages just work fine.
There are only a few pages that act up like this. A few screenshots to show you what i mean.

I just reinstalled windows 7, but those sites didn't work either.
I'm using Firefox as browser.. might be browsercompatible issues? Though I can remember that those sites worked loooooong time ago without problems :/
Any hints what it could be? ;__;

If you use the Noscript add on, it can be the culprit. It seems some pages are not loading the CSS files, responsible for the layouts. If that is the case, check the permissions to load scripts in these sites, rigght-clicking at NoScript symbol.
Also, sometimes this happens due to server bad connections. In this case there is nothing to do except wait that the site owners solve the problem.

Nah I'm not using any add-on like that :c
Well xD, I have been trying it for months actually, can't be that they fail that much? ;_; ..
You could try to visit the site and see if it works for you ;o

Yes, both works for me. I use firefox too.
I have no clue why they are not completely loading for you. :(

How odd. I've actually had this same problem though (with wikipedia too though). It's happened only a handful of times though and just goes away. My history/cookies/etc are cleared daily so I don't know if that had anything to do with it.
Try again later and see if it acts up. Maybe it's like mine where it just goes away sometimes and is being glitchy? :?

well.. I try to visit them frequently, and it never worked >;

Did you tried with Internet Explorer to see if works?
Also, do you have greasemonkey or Gmail addons installed?

I just tried it out with Opera, and it didn't. Anyways, thanks for all the help, I just resolved the problem myself :3 <3 Firebug
The problem was my host file (which contained a wrong entry) which blocked the access to the css file ;o

I'm glad you solved the problem :)
