Game file not deleting.

I downloaded Kinbaku Ouji (Death Note dj game) from here and well, it just wasn't what I wanted. So I tried deleting it but it says that I need permission to perform this action and it won't let me delete it.

Help?

Did you restarted your computer?
Maybe the file is locked because you opened the game.
If you restarted, try with file unlocker Download Unlocker Portable 1.8.8 Free - Whenever the folder or file is locked, this app is the solution - Softpedia

If its a process using the file, it would say that it's being used by another process afaik. Since Windows can be retarded sometimes you might want to try to change the ownership of the file ;o

1. Right click your file/folder
2. Choose "Properties"
3. Change to the "Security" tab
4. Somewhere on the lower part should be a "Advanced" button, click~
5. Change to "Owner" tab
6. Click on the "Edit..." button
7. You should have a list with the users below "Change owner to:", select your user ,press "Apply" and click your way out with "OK"

Yep, restarted the computer and now it's deleted.
