    BT problems?

Has anyone esle had problems DLing animes from(via BT) in the BT links? i have been trying to DL anime from there and get a 10061 connection refused. (been trying for a few weeks and get the same error.)
some of the ones i tried was mirage of blaze (series), yami no matsuei(series+OST, one link) ,zetsuai and brozne. all give the same error. It seems its the older anime mostly that give the error.(all the anime i tried say they are up too)

For me as well. Same problem. And not exclusively to Aarinfantasy's site either. Could the cause be the Taiwan Quake incident?

have you made a dedicated port for the torrent programto send and recieve information from I personally use Azureus and after i fixed the port configuration it worked great. also if you are using an ip router the you need to set the port in the router so it doe not restrict the port communication you are using in the torent program otherwise you get realllly reallly slow downloads. when using torrents its all about using ports that a are not blocked by the computer, firewall, or the tracker. also it could be that the seeders just stoped seeding.

answers are never just A to B to C sometimes you have to go to M then to z then back to a to fint the way to B. to I try to think outside the box then I can see it all.

    BT Issues

So I've decided to try downloading again. ;o; But I'm still having issues. I went to DL sensitive Pornography after watching a cute AMV for it and well the Bit Torrent popped up saying 10061 Error, failure to connect and it's all seeming to take an exteremly long time... Now I know this might have been explained before, but well... I get confused easily. Could someone please explain to me what's going on and how to fix it in... simpliar terms? >.> We'll just say I'm dumb.

According to http://forum2.youceff.com - their page on "Common Bittorent Error Messages" the error msg you received probably indicates the following:

This means that you cannot for whatever reason establish a connection to the Tracker needed to download a file.
This is commonly caused by firewalls/routers, trackers/servers going down or being too busy, or your net connection going down.
You may also be banned from using this tracker either for leeching from it.
More often than not with this error you can simply leave your client window open and it will sort itself out, or you can close the BT Client and try resuming the torrent.
If the problem is persisting make sure the Tracker you wish to connect is operating, and make sure your firewall/router is not interfering with TCP traffic on the BT ports.
If after a few days your download still does not start or continue and you have correctly configured your environment, then you can safely assume the tracker is gone.
Check your setting. Try it again, and if it doesn't work - maybe try deleting and then reinstalling you BT client. If nothing works, maybe the tracker simply isn't working.
