Winrar split files?

Hi, i have found an anime that has been split into 23 files, it's called Legend of Blue Wolves, but when I want to watch them, it keeps saying something about a corrupt file, but the person that uploaded this anime said to join these files, how do I join them with winrar?

basically u need to download all 23 of the split files and and open just ONE of them. extract the contents and it should be the full file.

if it's split not with winrar then usually it comes with a .exe file which joins all the parts together, so it really depends on how he/she has split the file.

btw legend of blue wolves is also available here and is by no means new ^^"
