    Problems with Windows Movie Maker

Hey folks, got another problem here... >.>

I have around 40 seconds of footage already arranged, edited, etc. But when I try to put actual jpeg images in, the progam automatically shuts down. I've looked at the website for WMM and I've done the adjustments that they've suggested but it still shuts down on me. I get no warning at all, it just shuts down after I add the third jpeg...

    Any advice?

tanks... it seems that the program must be corrupted. For curiosity's sake, I turned it into a movie file and then opened it up and inserted it as a clip, just muted the audio and resumed where I had left off... after around 30 seconds or so of clip, it tends to just cut out. I unfortunately don't have the disk as this was a repackaged computer and the nincompoop that had it before me didn't put the disks back in.

It could be your PC. Video editing eats up a lot of system resources (so the faster the processor, the better) and the recommended amount of memory(RAM) for video editing tasks is at least 512mb.
