Installing a 2004 game with 2 game discs is stuck on choosing which folder to install

I'm trying to install a VN (from 2004) that utilizes two game discs. I'm using DaemonLite to mount the CUE files and using LocaleEmulator to run the installer in Japanese.

It works up until the point where it asks which directory to install the VN in. Here, I'm stuck in an endless loop that goes like this
1. Which folder would you like to install the files?
2. I choose which folder via the Browse button
3. It copies the files up to a point
4. It throws out a warning that goes: This will delete the old files in directory. Would you like to continue?
5. I press yes.
6. It goes back to step 1 again.

Are there any solutions to get out of this loop and continue with the installation?
Or is this an issue with the files themselves?

May I know which game you're installing? I might be able to test it myself and see if I can get it working.
