How to arrange CD or DVD disk by your own hands

Hi to all! So, I have an image of disk on my computer. I want to make my own physical release, that's it - to burn image on disk, to make decoration on disk, images, a box with two sides, as this: https://www.mangagamer.com/detail.ph...oduct_code=255 I have never done it before, sorry, so that's why I ask about it and because I am waiting for the release of the novel and don't know will there be it's physical release on disk.

Can people who know how to do it help me and tell me what programs and goods do I need to make my own physical release? Please!! Thank you very much in advance!!!
