Can't see text editor

I can't see text editor. I can't paste pictures or change color or size of text. I also can't open onion heads window when I click "more smiles".

What is your Browser?
Are you using an addblocker y/n (if so check if it blocks any pop ups from here), or Noscript.

I'm using IE9 but it seems theat it's works ok now. If not then I changing to oldest browser view and it works fine.
