Help with file joining

I wasn't sure where to put this so if this is in the wrong section please move it. ^^

I just downloaded a game and when I extracted the .rar file it has files inside with .d00 and .d01 etc. inside. I know .001 and so on is HJSplit but what program do you use to join .d00?

I checked the internet and it didn't really help, does anyone have the program that can join these files?

Rather confusing predicament..
google says a d00 file is an Adlib sound file opened with Winamp. But if it is a game that cannot be the case.. unless you yourself are certain of this

Seeing a doo and do1 makes me think they are both part files that you ought to be able to extract with winrar or something alike. Like extract the d00 and the d01 will automatically follow and create the complete file. Perhaps trying both, I would first try n.o. 2 before testing it with winamp unless you have winamp to see whether or not I was correct

Okay I tried using 7-zip and so on with it. It didn't work. I just noticed that there's a file that's .daa as well so I checked around and I did find the program needed however it turns out that it is password protected...

Usually when the file is pass protected the password is posted in the download thread.

I downloaded the game from a torrent from another website. The game itself is called 'Hiiro no Kakera Shin Tamayori Hime Denshou'. I think it came from ursky.net, however the site seems to have died so even if I could read Chinese, I would not be able to join to get the pass anymore...

And for those with the .daa problem the file used to join it seems to be this one:
