After I downloaded the files I installed the game and loaded the correction patches it still crashed for me. I also couldn't install the english patch because it says that I haven't fully installed the game. Right after I start it and click on the first option on it's title screen then after a few monologues it crashes and my computer restarts. Does anyone know what the heck I am doing wrong?? I also have the Japanese region installed too finally. :/

relax, I'm sure it's a simple mis-configure. I recommend you to fully uninstall everything so I can help guide you step by step if like.
but for starters, tell me again, are you playing it off a burn disc or on daemon? :3

Well I did install it. But it doesn't have a choice of fully installing or just the recommended installment. When I click on "install" then it just does its own thing. After that I install the correction patch. Then I try to install the english patch but it still says that it's not fully installed. So I'm at a loss. Maybe I have a corrupted version? *sigh*
There is a chance your have a corrupted file, or maybe during the installation, it was corrupted. Read this -> Link

Yay! It works!! But...still after like five text boxes my computer restarts xDD; I guess I just have a corrupt version after all *sob* will go get new one now D;
EDIT: Nooo it still restarts at the same spot! I think it's right before it starts playing the opening theme ;( *sigh* Is it not compatible or something? That's the only think I can think of now...
simple solution: delete/rename the AVI file(don't have the name but it's in the quick faq i made for the game which is somewhere on the game forum) which is in the directory you installed silver chaos to.
You're not the first to have this problem but you're certainly the first it makes the computer reboot....(btw this problem is not patch/game related, its messy computer related :p)

EDIT: I didn't un-install when I renamed it or anything but it still didn't work for me :( I also tried moving it to a different location and finally deleting it. But they all did not work and I still had the same problem. *sigh* I wonder what is wroooong ;<< Maybe I'll just try it on someone else's computer when I have time too >_>; ehehee....
