Error: can't install Kintouka (problem with symbols)

i'm using Windows 11 home

After extrcating the files there was one single file

i followed the correct procedure to download the game, the main problem is that the game can't be installed, i already changed the system locale to Japanese, tried to use locale emulator.
the install window opens up normally and in japanese, when i'm in the step to choose where to save the file, i left it as it suggested , when i press next .
this error shows up

it satys that the following <>?*:/ cannot be specified
the weird thing the file name does not have any of these symbols .

when this happened i was not doing anything

please help, i tried to delete the files and downloaded again nothing changed

I'd give it another go if I could find the instructions I'd written for setting up the game.
