I Purchased DMMD on steam, and the Steam patch from Jast- I need help installing..

Hello, this is one of my first times posting on here-hopefully it's in the right spot but it's my only shot... don't know where else to post. Downloaded the English patch from https://jastusa.com/my-games. And paid for the full game on steam. I'm having trouble downloading and adding the dlc to steam. In other words, I have zero clue what I am doing. However, I've wanted this game for so long and the fact that I finally have the resources to own it- naturally, I jumped at the chance. I bought it directly from Jast and don't own the Steam version, but I found a guide for it after a simple search on Jast's website, please check this link --- (DMMD Steam Patch Installation Guide)
