Can't Open Ride on Shooting Star

redownloaded the game to play since I can somewhat understand jp now but
as the title says, I can't open the game I keep getting the following error

I can't find the sub directory nor the windows file it was looking for. Has anyone encountered this error before?

also, I do have my old computer that i used to play on and the game works fine there (it also doesnt have a visible sub directory) , I tried running as admin etc. to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

(I guess my problem would be solved if i played on my old computer, but that computer is just about done with its life :-/ keys/trackpads not working etc...)

You have to download quicktime in order to play the game

This worked for the second error I was getting. The first error I'm still not sure but it's working on the account i have random programming stuff installed. Thanks!
