Voice Files for DMMD Re:Connect

This is a really weird problem but I can't figure out how to fix it.

I downloaded Re:Connect through zip files, but when playing Aoba's voice lines just... don't work? Everyone else's lines work, and I can hear his voice on the config page, but in game there's nothing. Only for Aoba. I can hear all music, sound effects, and voices besides that. I saw another thread that was for all voice files but this is just the one...

I restarted, uninstalled, redownloaded, downloaded a separate zip version, everything. In my DMMD file I have everyone's voices, so I don't know if it's just bad files or what. Any advice would help!

Also, I have 0 idea how to use the MEGA dowloads... I dowloaded them all but have no idea what else to do
